How can Wow’s customer service get worse?  My DVR once again, has stopped working.  Sunday, I called.  Thursday they will replace it.  Of course, you pay for the service you DO NOT receive. (if you call them immediately after you start receiving getting service again, then they will give you credit, if it has been a week).  GOOD GRIEF!!
