Perhaps CNBC Joe Kernen could learn from MSNBC Morning Joe, a former Southern Republican Congressman about interviewing and civility. Joe Scarborough interviewed Joseph Stiglitz  this morning asking many questions about The Great Divide: income distribution of the USA;  when the “great divide” started and why.  From 1940-1980, all incomes increased.  Starting in 1980, the rich became richer and the poor, poorer.  Lately, only the very top 1% have acquired all the increase in income.  So, less and less money is divided up for 99% of the people.
