“Get Off My Cloud” by Kass

Kass’ article, this morning at promoney on thestreet.com, is an easy read and warning about stock prices based on momentum of price or based on expected profits to stock price.  Although it is an easy read, it is not an easy summary.  Let’s just say, he is very cautious given the global slow down and recession vs Our Congress that refuses to help Our economy or employment or life quality or to invest in OUR Country’s future.  The Federal Reserve, The President, and the global Central Bankers have done what they can but NOT Congress.  If we want change and/or growth Congress must work, must get something done, create job spending, not pout about their buddies, the financial giants who destroyed this economy or the CEOs, who loose money but increase their compensation.  We need Development Funds.  Remember when this “term of art” was used only for developing countries. The USA is now an under-developed Country.  We need a modern power grid to grow and continue to develop.  We need schools which provide our children with the skills and resiliency to work in an ever changing world. And that’s just his year’s agenda for Congress.  Arguing over tax cuts for the wealthy or the National Debt sounds substantive but it is baloney.  It doesn’t even start to address our current situation or our future.
