Why is it that any hacker can get into any account but when I can’t remember a changed password for my gmail,I can’t get help?  Google collects tons of information on me but none can be used to verify I’m ME.  When trying to get rid of an annoying block of nonsense (disguised?as security from MSFT or maybe it is Lenovo or….), my email became not available ’cause I couldn’t remember the “new” password I used last month.  Google would give me help info and send to my gmail acct,which of course, was the problem in the first place.  After trying 1/2 dozen password possibilities, I finally landed on the correct one.  UGGHHH!!!!!

My Grandson, age 11, gave up on his account for Google and Skype ’cause of being locked out of his accounts for lack of remembering his password.  Come on technies! stop loosing customers!  Help us and block out Hackers!!
