Nasdaq2,902.33-29.44-1.00%
Dow12,653.12-83.17-0.65%
Shame on CNBC!
CNBC lists Texas best except quality of life, education, are low and State Taxes high.  I’ll pick quality of life and education as needing to be way above average not lower than average.  Again, CNBC and I DO NOT agree!
side note:  heard them list Utah as high on their list with “the only low score was education”(one of the worst in the country and commit few dollars to education.)
What is wrong with these people?  How can you rate any place superior with horrible public schools?  Workers need good schools for their children and workers with a choice will not, under any circumstance, settle down to an area with poor schools.
