Remember the fantastic experiences I had at Office Max during the period of May/June in Cincinnati and Cleveland?  Great service; reasonable prices; pleasant employees!  Alas, it was too good to be true.  Today, I went to Office Max in Okemos, MI for the exact same service:  download some forms, allow me to sign them, then scan forms and attach to an email I could send from my email account.  Unfortunately, I was told,”We don’t have a computer our customers can use.”  I said, “that’s okay, I want you to do it.”  “No, we don’t provide that service.”

I was surprised and told him I had accomplish these tasks in Cincinnati and Cleveland Office Max.  It made no difference.  He wasn’t about to help me nor do it.  Too bad!  Office Max should think about providing this service at all their stores.  Perhaps they would have customers.
