Panera reported unbelievable comps and said 4th Q would match this outperformance.  I believe it.  When I was in Memphis, 2 years ago, I had to use Memphis’ Panera to work.  Great Experience.  I did not like their sweet offerings, soup was great, and sandwiches were okay.  However, over-all experience was GREAT! Community, individuals using it as a meet-up, working on the road without an office describes many, and of course, people running in for an hour meeting.  I hope they’ve solved service, which I found slow and lumborous.  I believe the good numbers.  Good experience leads to good numbers.  Customer service and the customer environment matters!
