There are enough positive votes in the House of Representatives to pass the Senate bill to support the unemployed, raise Physicians’ fees for Medicare patients etc. So why the drama? Boehner refuses to allow the vote because his ideologs will loose and work to remove him as Speaker of the House. He has determined his power is more important than the economic health of Our Country. Economists, including Conservative economists, say that not extending these benefits passed by the Senate, will cost 1% of the USA’s GDP and put us back into “stall mode.” Boehner is just another selfish politician!
