Market Way up but lower since Boehner Explained their Reason not to fund the Unemployed

“We haven’t been working on it for weeks.”

WHY NOT?  no calendar?  didn’t know it was Christmas break and they would vote after the Senate recessed?  Didn’t know that millions loose benefits Jan 1, 2012?

This is not the responsible political stand that I grew-up-with in Cincinnati.  Cincinnati politics were Conservative but never petulant nor irresponsible.  The news reported that the only people who spoke against this Bill was Boehner and the Tea Party contingent.  What happened to the Republican Party I knew from Cincinnati?

To quote from CNBC,com, Dec. 20, 2011:  Medicare  officials say hundreds of thousands of doctors will get a steep cut in payments on Jan. 18 unless a gridlocked Congress issues a reprieve.

I hope the Physicians, unemployed, elderly and children will drum-up recognition of how weak-kneed and unsupportive, and yes, irresponsible Boehner leads the Republican Caucus.
