Electrician is back!

So far, it has cost  $3000+/-   =electrician $250+$150(part for skylight opener/closer)+$100addtional electrician visit and $1100 for painting all the rooms “neutral” colors and $? for re-grouting all the tile in the kitchen and $1500 helping me pack and store all the “extras” in order to declutter the house.

I have listed the house to have $5000 to pay broker and fees.  That will be gone just paying to get the house-ready for sale.

I have a gorgeous solid house and it takes thousands to get it ready for sale.  What does the person do who can’t pay and can’t pay their mortgage?
