After the political rhetoric and anti-union polemics, Whitney, appearing on the right wing  CNBC show that airs from 6-9 each morning, acknowledged that new job creation goes toward talent pools.  Silicon valley has the engineering pool, New York the investment-banking pool, and Detroit has the tried and true “line” worker pool.  Job growth=talent pool=education.  Can the States with outstanding, world renowned, Universities, continue (have the gumption to continue) the support ($) for world-class education???  Can the States retain the best and the brightest or will immigration policy continue to “send them home.”??????  As education budgets are slashed or at best maintained, We LOSE!
