Cramer, on this show MadMoney, discussed speculation of the Oil Market with Bernie Saunders, Vermont Representative.  They agreed that margins had to be raised and position limits enforced by Commodities Futures Trading Commission. Write Gensler, the Chair of this Commission, and insist these rules be promulgated.
